Dudley Wayne Kyzer. Kyzer murdered his estranged wife, mother-in-law and a college student who was unfortunate enough to be at the house at the time on Halloween 1976. He was sentenced to two life terms plus 100 centuries which ends up being a rather long stay of 10,000 years.

Chamoy Thipyaso. The record for the world’s longest prison sentence is held by Thai national Chamoy Thipyaso. This is one record you’d rather not have as Thipyaso was sentenced to 141,078 years for her role in a pyramid scheme. Thipyaso defrauded 16,231 people out of more than $2,800,000. It actually doesn’t seem like that much though because when you divide that between the people who were defrauded it only amounts to about $175 each.

James Holmes. Holmes was convicted of killing 12 people and injuring 70 in a Colorado movie theater in 2012. He was sentenced to 12 life sentences plus 3,318 years.

Ariel Castro. You might remember this ray of sunshine as the guy that kept three girls locked in his basement in Cleveland for a decade. Castro eventually committed suicide one month into a 1,000 year prison sentence.

Otman el-Gnaoui. This guy received a casual 42,924 years for his part in the Madrid bombings in 2004 that killed 192 people. The sentence is rather redundant however, because under Spanish law the longest prison term a person can serve is 40 years.

Darrell Wayne Delp. Delp was found guilty on 60 child sex offence charges. He had victimized many young girls since 2009 and his 775 year sentence was a reflection of his lack of remorse for his actions and the gravity of his offending.

Bobbie Joe Long. Long murdered ten women in the 80s and raped over 50 more which led to a sentence of 825 years.

Sholam Weiss. Not everyone gets away with white collar crime. Weiss stole $450 million from the National Heritage Life Insurance Company in what was the largest case of fraud at the time, and he was sentenced to 845 years in prison. His projected release date is the year 2754.

Martin Bryant. Bryant was responsible for the bloodiest massacre in Australian history when he gunned down 35 people in Port Arthur, Australia. He received 35 life sentences for the people he killed as well as an additional 1035 years for all the people he injured.

David Hall. David Hall was convicted on 55 counts relating to child pornography and was sentenced to 15 years in prison for each count. Do the math and that equals a total of 825 years behind bars.

Allan Wayne McLaurin. It appears that McLaurin won’t be getting out any time soon. He was sentenced to 2,000 years on each of his four counts of rape, the same sentence on four counts of forced sodomy, 1,750 years for kidnapping, 1,500 years for assault with a deadly weapon and 500 years on two counts of robbery and separate single counts of robbery and larceny which brings us to an incredible sentence of 21,250 years.

Charles Scott Robinson. In 1994 Robinson received a 30,000 year prison sentence for raping six children – 5,000 years for each child. The judge involved wanted to put Robinson away for good so he recommended a sentence so long that humanity may not even be around by the time his sentence is up.

Juan Corona. This Mexican American serial killer was sentenced to 25 life sentences after he murdered 25 migrant workers in one year from 1970-71.

Chester Stiles. Stiles made a video of himself raping and sexually abusing a three year old girl. He was sentenced to 21 life sentences on 21 counts with the possibility of parole in 140 years.

Darren Bennalford Anderson. Anderson was one of the most prolific criminals in Oklahoma. His record included rape, robbery, kidnapping and larceny – he was sentenced to 11,250 years in 1994.
